What happens if the worker/s aren’t happy and leave my employment?
Our meticulous selection and recruitment process means that we will only recruit staff who meet your requirements and who are prepared to stay in the UK for the time specified.
All of our workers are interviewed face to face in their home country and their references and police records are checked, so you can be confident that they will have the right skills and experience for your role.
Due to the poor economy and low pay in Poland and Eastern European many workers have little chance of finding work in their own country and they are keen to secure work in the UK to support their families and therefore unlikely to leave once they have secured a suitable position.
We do however offer a rebate policy on permanently placed workers in the unlikely event that the worker does not prove to be suitable or leaves your employment within 12 weeks.

How much does it cost to hire a worker/s from Eastern Europe?

What about language problems, will they be able to speak English?
The level of fluency in the English language will depend on your requirements and job specification. Generally the higher skilled Eastern European workers have a very good command of the English Language and can hold perfectly good conversations be it about work or social life. Sometimes our clients will not need their workers to have a fluent command of the English language so we will place a few workers within the group with excellent English and they will assist the others whilst they improve their language skills. From our experience we find that within a few months English levels improve greatly as the workers fully integrate themselves into the UK.
Our stringent pre recruitment fact find plan will determine the required level of written/spoken English required. Our skills testing and face-to-face interview will then ensure compliance to the required standard.
